When hiring Perfection Cleaning Service, you are inviting us into your home and there are always some questions about how to prepare the space and how our crews work.  Below are a number of frequently asked questions.  If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us.


Are cleaning supplies included in the service or must I provide those materials?

Perfection Cleaning Service brings all standard cleaning supplies and equipment.  If you have a special product that you'd like to supply, please let us know.


Are you bonded and insured?
Perfection Cleaning Service is bonded and fully insured, carrying both workmen’s compensation and general liability insurance.  Your home and family's safety is our top concern and we wouldn't have it any other way.


Do I have to move the furniture when having my carpets cleaned?

The crew from Perfection Cleaning will move any furniture that can be moved by two people.  For a reduced cost, we can clean just the “open areas” by cleaning around the large pieces of furniture..


How soon can I walk on the carpets after cleaning?
After Perfection Cleaning has finished and left your home or office, you can immediately walk on the carpets.  However, it is recommended that socks or house shoes are worn until the carpets have completely dried.


What should I do to prepare for cleaning?

Please remove all valuables and breakables from the rooms to be cleaned.  To ensure the best results, please have the house or office space as organized as possible.


To clean our air duct system do you have to cut a hole in the furnace trunk lines?

No.  Our duct cleaning system does not require us to cut open your trunk lines during cleaning. We insert our scrub brush and suction hose into the duct system through the existing vent openings to give your ducts a much more complete cleaning.


How do you charge for your services?
Charges are either by the hour or a flat price depending on the services requested.  Please call us for specific pricing information.


What should I do if my pet has an accident on my carpets or upholstery?

Blot up as much urine as possible and remove any solid waste as carefully as possible.  Do not use store bought sprays as they require you to try to scrub out the spot, which works it deeper into the carpet or fabric with no extraction of the waste.  We will treat the spot and then extract as much as possible out of the carpet or upholstery.
